Complaints Procedure

We aim to respond to any issues in school in a timely manner, with the main aim being the safety and welfare of the children in our care. We try to resolve problems at an appropriate level in a positive and transparent way. School would like to know about problems as soon as possible so that we can resolve issues quickly, as we value the relationships we have with our children and their parents and carers.

Our complaints policy outlines the procedure for how issues should be raised with school and we encourage parents and carers to speak to us about any query so that we can best resolve problems efficiently.
